It is extremely disappointing to have purchased a home that was occupied by the seller who refuses to leave. I was never in agreement with the seller living in the home after closure, and expressed many times that I did not agree the seller taking possession after closing. In addition, I refused again at closing when presented the same document for the 4th time.. I have maintained my position in not agreeing with the seller’s actions. The situation has left me in my current medical condition extremely devastated. It was an unfair practice, and an unpleasant one as well. I did not get an honest deal and feel that I’ve experienced racism. I been defrauded of being a homeowner a home the seller refused to vacate the premises. :(

We were sold a home in the city of Norfolk which was to be vacated by seller and the closing agent. On the moving day with furniture loaded on the truck by the movers, but upon arrival at the home we no access to due to seller was currently living in the home. At which point we were left outside with our furniture on the truck on the street. This is the worst experience of my life.
